Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale items, accessories, and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. In that case, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
